RESEARCH ON NICK KNIGHT
Nick Knight was born in London in 1958.
He than went on to study at Bournemouth and Poole college of art and
design, he was commissioned by i-d editor Terry Jones to create a series
of 100 portraits for the magazines fifth anniversary issue.
Through his career he has shot both
editorial and advertising projects for clients including Audi, Calvin
Klein, Christian Dior and the Royal Ballet.
Nick has also gone into the direction of
directing music videos, in 2001 he worked with pop star Bjork and than
in 2011 he went on to work with lady Gaga.
his work has been exhibited at such
institutions as the Victoria and Albert Museum , Saatchi Gallery and
recently the Tate Modern.
I like Nicks images as they show very high fashion and contrast.
